Project management

On most customer engagements methods and tools are specified by the customer. If not, my tool case is sufficiently filled with everything need; I am familiar with all common methods - classic and agile. This includes certification according to PMI.

Some of my projects also included advice on the implementation of methods and tools.

In the following page I describe the project management methods and tools I have used.

Business Analysis

In business analysis, there are often greater conceptual challenges than can be seen at first glance. Mastering these well or not correctly decides whether a system is designed well, mediocre or badly.

Inadequate business analysis leads to poorly designed systems that suffer from a lack of acceptance, high maintenance costs and poor time-to-market, even if they were built by good developers. This may cause significant additional costs and time delays or even cause a project to fail.

In all of my projects, I take some part in business analysis, in some I’m the main contributor. I see this as one of my strengths.

In the following page I describe the methods and tools I have used.

Testmanagement

In various projects I had the role of test manager . I received the methodical training for this through the IBM Global Services Method, in which test methods were defined and described in detail. Much of this can be found in the worldwide ISTQB standard, in which I was certified in 2009.

In the following page I describe the test methods and tools I have used.
